I created this site for many reasons, primarily, because I loved my friend. Stu loved the internet and had many online friends that he never met. We have tried to contact everyone possible and it is my hope that those we missed, might Google "Stoogotz" and find us.

Stu & I met in the summer of '69 and kept closely in touch forever. The pictures below are from my 50th Birthday party (Dec, 2000)

I'd like this to be a way for all of his friends to share thoughts, memories and pictures. Please contact me and I'll add them to the site.

I'd like to share that Stuart was either my first or second red-haired neighborhood kid-friend, both of us spontaneously fun-loving enough to not care that we'd get grass stains on our school pants when detour on the way home from school to play King-of-the-Hill on Belmont Circle. I shared a favorite food of Eggplant Ptarmigan with him. Our connections came and went and came and went over the 40 years. As a kid he impressed me that being happy was the vital and important thing, and from that all good things will came.
